Welcome to FurFolio! By using FurFolio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (EULA). If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

By accessing or using FurFolio, you confirm that:

• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

As a user of FurFolio, you agree that:

• You are responsible for any content you post or share.
• You will not post false, misleading, or offensive content.
• You will not engage in harassment, spam, or abuse of other users.
• You will not attempt to exploit, hack, or damage the app.

FurFolio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

FurFolio maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, including but not limited to:

✅ Violent, obscene, or sexually explicit content
✅ Misinformation, impersonation, or illegal activity
✅ Spam, scams, or self-harm promotion

🚨 Violation of these rules may result in:

• Immediate removal of the content.
• Temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
• Legal action if necessary.

Users can report inappropriate content via the “Report” button in the app.

• FurFolio reserves the right to monitor, remove, or restrict content that violates our policies.
• Users can report inappropriate content using the “Report” feature.
• Reported content is reviewed by an admin, and appropriate action will be taken.
• Users who repeatedly violate our guidelines may be banned permanently.

If you believe content was removed unfairly, you can appeal via support at [support email].

• By posting on FurFolio, you retain ownership of your content but grant FurFolio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it.
• FurFolio has the right to moderate or remove content that violates these terms.
• You agree that FurFolio is not liable for user-generated content.

• Users can block other users to prevent unwanted interactions.
• Blocked users cannot see or interact with your profile.
• You can manage your blocked list in the app settings.

🚨 Repeated abuse of the blocking system may lead to account review.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Repeatedly violate our content policies.
• Use bots, fake accounts, or exploit app features.
• Engage in illegal activity through FurFolio.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

FurFolio collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the app, you agree to:

• Allow data collection for functionality & security purposes.
• Grant permission for notifications related to account updates.
• Understand that we do not sell your data to third parties.
